We want you to love your Gloomy Bear gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that limited edition drops and plushies must be in their original sealed condition to qualify.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the Gloomy Bear authenticity stickers are intact.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the return for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
